What Causes Pain In The Chest, Jaws And Ears?

I have been having chest left jaw and left ear pain on and off for the last six months. Recently had a tooth removed thinking it would solve the problem and it still continues in the same area. Went to a cardiologist and they told me to take low dose aspirin. Its still the same. It starts off with tightness in the middle of chest, shortness of breathe the the pain shoots up to my left jaw and then my left ear. Its so painful. Im even taking medication for acid reflux. Nothing seems to stop the pain. Im diabetic-neuropathy with high blood pressure, rheumatoid arthritis, bipolar, and obese. Iam smoker too. Need second opinion?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

In gastric you won't get jaw pain and ear pain. Mostly, it is because of cardiac symptoms. Please do 1 echo TMT test. You’ll come to know cardiac pathology and then follow your doctor’s advice.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muniraju K G
