What Causes Pain In The Chest, Jaws And Rib Cage?

I have taken Ibandronate Sodium (once a month) and in my 3rd month, I am experiencing the following symptoms: chest pain, jaw pain, pain under the ribs and in my back, joint pain in my hips, thighs, knees, one ankle. My neck is stiff and it hurts. My entire party hurts and I can barely walk. I have taken so far 7 tylenols by 3:00 today!!!! On Friday, I did contact my doctor s office about my symptoms but he never called me back. Can you tell me what I can do to alleviate the pain without taking so many Tylenols in one day? Please help.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
The overall pain symptoms could be due to fibromyalgia and it may not be the pathological condition. Treating such pain with conventional analgesic may not helps but it can be managed with Gabapentine, three times a day, exercise would be best for it, one more thing, try to come out of the stress if you ever have it, be positive and drink more water.
Hope I have answered your query, Let me know if I can assist you any more.
