What Causes Pain In The Chest Near The Arm Pit?

I am 33 yrs old i have anxiety. I've been having pains in my chest on the right side kinda by the arm pit. I'm thinking it's indigestion cause sometimes it feels like something is sitting on my chest. Also the chest pains come an go. My back has started hurting to I know thats because I'm thirty pounds over weight.

I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, you are mostly having stress and anxiety related GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease) which is causing you chest pain and back pain.
GERD is due to laxity of gastroesophageal sphincter. Because of this the acid of the stomach tends to come up in the esophagus and cause symptoms of chest pain and back pain.
Stress is the biggest risk factor for GERD.
So we should treat your stress and anxiety first.
So consult psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions. Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on it's solution.
You might need anxiolytic drugs too.
Don't worry, you will be alright. Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
