What Causes Pain In The Chest When I Move My Shoulders?
i have a chest pain in the center of my chest. When i move my shoulder front or back .or when i cross my arms.Its more on the lwft side. Im 30 yrs old. and concerned have gotten tbis pain constantly for the past 2 or so months it doeant happe. often. Somwtimes it hurts when i breath in. Is this serious
Hi, Thanks for your question. I do understand your pain and discomfort. I have seen many cases with similar complaints. Please find my advice below-: as per your history your chest pain and discomfort has many pathological causes before going to this chapter in deep first ruled out costochondritis ,it is an inflammation of the cartilage that connects a rib to the breast bone .so take COMBIFLAM to control pain and inflammation.Do stretching exercises daily to chest muscles and give hot and cold messange to the affected area .if pain is severe you can do transcutaneous nerve stimulation.It will take few weeks to resolve automatically.If conservative approch fails you can take steroid directly into your painful joints.
