What Causes Pain In The Elbow While Bending The Arm?

I was moving my dresser, sans drawers, yesterday. Today I m having trouble with my elbow. Hard to bend and straighten, have trouble holding even a coffee cup with that arm. I even put muscle rub on it thinking maybe I strained the muscles in my arm, but that hasn t helped.

Hello,

As this must be DOMS ( delayed onset muscle soreness) and will take 3-4 days of time for healing to occur. You may not have done such strenuous work with the same muscle group and so the soreness has arrived.

Taking hot water fermentation and slowly doing a range of motion exercises should help.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
