What Causes Pain In The Eyes Along With Vertigo?

I started having pain in my eyes, especially my left eye four days ago. I started experiencing vertigo about three days ago, again. I had it earlier this year. Today I woke with pressure in my left ear and sharp, shooting pain in my left temple, that comes and goes. I irrigated my nose. It was clear. Now my ear feels plugged and my left eye is blurry, not constantly though.
