What Causes Pain In The Feet After Sitting For A Prolonged Period?

Hi. I have a foot question. If I sit too long my right foot has sharp pains. I went to an orthopitic dr and was told I have a cysts on the side of my foot. I am having pains on the top of my foot so I went to a foot dr and he couldn t find anything wrong. When I sit too long it has some numbness then sharp pains. It s had to walk. But if I am walking longer it feels fine. Help

yeas it is because of prolong standing and journey will decrease venous outflow to the heart,causing pooling of blood in calves and stimulate pain receptor,so u have to mobilize your leg after 5 to 10min of prolong standing..otherwise don't worry it's natural phenomenon..
