General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It sounds like an autoimmune inflammatory disease. There is a possibility of being a rheumatic disease like arthritis, scleroderma, lupus etc.

Anti-ANA antibodies are needed to determine the kind of diseases which is causing it.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
