What Causes Pain In The Groin Area On The Right Side?

I have had pain in my right groin for several days. It is a deep pain that affects walking (and the motion of sitting and standing makes it worse). As it became worse today, it hurt to bad to lift my leg and cross my right leg over my left. Now my lower right abdomin has also started hurting.
