What Causes Pain In The Hands And Feet?

I have pain in both of my hamds and feet. Severly in my hands when i wake up. And also there are some dark lines on tne tops of my feet and dark spots beginning in the palms of my hands. It is beginning to be hard to close my hands or hold anything.

could be fungal infection causing brown spots Tinia Nigra
And your hardness of palms and feet could be due to contractures called Dupytryns contractures need further evaluation by a rheumatologist.
