What Causes Pain In The Hands While Clenching Fists?
i cant make a fist with out feeling any pain and when i wake up its worse its that bad i cant clench my fist at all feels week and i get like a dull pain from my hands to my wrist and follows all the way to my elbows also i have a very sore muscles feels like a bruised knot on my right shoulder and cant lift above my neck if that makes sense

As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
