General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, you should get her blood beta HCG levels checked as well as ultrasound pelvis. If normal then, stomach issues needs to be ruled out.

Using antacids and motility agents if pregnancy is confirmed to be not present can be safely given then.

Wishing her a speedy recovery. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
