What Causes Pain In The Head While Reading?

I am 35 year old lady.For the last few months i am having a pain in the upper portion of the head.The nature of the pain is it comes and goes and it worsens while i concentrate on something like reading/watching tv.Its a mild pain still it disturb me a lot.I tried massaging for 4 months,but i didn t get a complete result so far.What could be the reason for this.Sometime i feel like my head heats up.

I think that the headache while reading can be related to eye issues. Possibly you may need to wear glasses. Visit an ophthalmologist firstly.
