What Causes Pain In The Heels Radiating To The Legs In The Evening?
I have heel pain that occurs more toward the end of the day and when I first get out of bed. The pain is concentrated on the heel and sometimes radiates up the back of leg (heel to calf). I have had plantar fasciitis but in the past the pain was more in the arch than directly on the heel. ??

It may be due to nerve compression at lumbar spine.
For further assessment you may require MRI back, nerve conduction studies after consultation.
For pain you can take tablet acetaminophen.
Further treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition.
You may require tablet Pregabalin and tableting multivitamin after consultation
