You appear to be suffering from Plantar fascitis. You need to follow these precautions. Take pain killer like Tablet Ibuprofen 200mg twice a day after a meal. Exercise regularly to keep fit and avoid obesity. Use foot drop splints for both feet while sleeping at night. Apply cold compress to the painful regions three times a day. If no relief, kindly show your Orthopaedic surgeon to rule out bony spur, calcaneal stress fractures, arthritis etc.
