What Causes Pain In The Heels?

Hi my heal hurts especially when I stand or when my feet are flat on the floor like when I m sitting they also hurt when I m lying in bed when they are resting a certain way or when there s pressure on them and it s like the pain continues to increase until I pick my foot up the only way to release the pain is to sit with my feet in the air

Yes it might be due to flu as vague body pain in various parts of body is reported by many patients .Take ample bed rest and proper analgesic with consultation with Physician
