What Causes Pain In The Hip And Leg?

I have pain in my hip and sometime it goes down my leg. I have been using a heating pad and taking extra strength Tylenol. It does not hurt constantly, but very often. I have had back surgery several years ago. I was wondering what kind of Dr. do I need to see.

Hi,

You can see a physiatrist (a doctor specialised in pain medicine) and get evaluated. As of now, you can take analgesics like Tramadol or Acetaminophen for symptomatic relief.
