What Causes Pain In The Hips And Knees?
Hi. I had an open myomectomy to remove a 13cm fibroid 9 weeks ago. Today l woke up with a hip pain radiating down to my knee on my right leg. Im 35 years with 2 children. My stomach is a bit sore & swollen a bit on the operation site ever since after surgery but l had a quick recovery. Only this hip pain to knee which started today.

Thanks for the query. I understand your concern.
You seem to sciatic pain.. at lumber spine or getting trapped in pyriformis muscle.. n sciatic notch of pelvic bone.
It does not seem to be related to the surgery.... this has started after 9 weeks of surgery.
Hot or cold compress, NSAID like Ibuprofen pill/ rest to the part should relieve the temporary muscle spasm... if it still remains consult an orthopedic surgeon.
