What Causes Pain In The Hips Radiating To The Legs?

I have pain in both hips on the sides that go down my legs and I also have pain in my groin, again on both sides. I was told to go for x-rays to see if it could be one of two things. And I can t for the life of me think of what the Dr. said! X-rays of hips and pelvic area, can you suggest what the one or two might be!

Hi,

You have given history which is classical of sciatica or sacroiliitis. You must go for an x-ray and if possible for MRI scan study for better diagnostic workup.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Pragnesh Limbachiya,
