What Causes Pain In The Inside Arch Of Foot?

I have a severe pain in the inside arch of my right foot. It is most noticeable when I am sleeping and the pain will wake me up. If I try rubbing it like I have done in the past, with a leg cramp, the pain becomes even more severe. It actually is painful to the touch.

It can be due to inflammation. Try taking analgesic like diclofenac 50 mg twice a day and also ice pack will reduce the inflammation.
