What Causes Pain In The Joints And Excessive Weight Loss?

Hi I m a 41 year old woman. Recently finished losing weight over 3 year time from 297-178 (last 55lbs) from Sept. 2016-May2017. I am having mild discomfort middle joints of my fingers/elbows & extreme discomfort in inner knees & lower right side of back. When active or just sitting at my job my knees are unbearable. Knee pain is waking me up in the night. I thought it was my bones touching, since the weight loss. I use a pillow to no prevail. I have been taking major amounts of Advil/ Aleve/ Tylenol-arthritis & naproxin it use to help now it cannot touch the pain in my knees. Would weight loss do this?

NO since you have provide me with a very vague history and we dont have any physical examination details I cant conclude a diagnosis for you . my request to you is to kindly do the following measure-
1. Donot take any pill or drug without seeing a doctor and more than the dose he/she has prescribed you.
2. Book yourself an appoint with a orthopaedic .
you are required to have blood tests in my opinion which will be ordered to you after your examination which will conclude a diagnosis and accordingly you will be treated.
