What Causes Pain In The Joints Of The Shoulders And Wrists?
for the past 8 months or so...maybe longer, I am sore and my joints crack a lot. My shoulders, wrists, neck area...like my bones feel brittle. I had a bone density test done and everything checks out okay? Everything seems to ache on me especially at night when I am trying to sleep. I can t seem to find a position that I am comfortable and that something doesn t ache on me. I am starting to feel my age! I walk 3 miles at least 5 times a week and I am not over weight. puzzled as to what this may contribute to.
