What Causes Pain In The Knees Along With Numbness In The Toes?

I have right knee pain, I believe near my patella, also I have several horizontal maybe 3 to 4 inch lumps that go above my knee, which I can count about 4 or 5. I injured my knee about 20 years ago, and just babied it. It has been hurting every single day for the last couple of months. I also fell and hurt my back in 2008, which also causes low right back pain, right sciatica pain and maybe some hip pain. I have right calf pain and pain down to my right foot, and numbness to my right big toe. I also have weakness of this leg and my right foot at times my foot drags, and I have either tripped or fallen many times because of this. Can the knee problem be related to the back and leg?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Most probably it will be a neuropathic pain.

As of now, you can use analgesics/anti-inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief.

If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopedician and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
