Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Raised ESR is due to typhoid. It will subside with time. Take your medications as prescribed by your physician. Even your joint pain and muscle ache will subside but it will take some time (2 to 3 months). Meanwhile take care of your nutrition. Have hygienic and healthy food. Have chicken soup and egg whites regularly. Avoid fatty and greasy food. Drink plenty of boiled and cooled water throughout the day. Sleep well.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Deepti Shivakumar
