What Causes Pain In The Knees, Shoulders And Wrist?

My family doctor told me that im suffering atrithis, now having a pain on my toes, both like cramming, both my knees, both my shoulders and both wrist. I just want to know that if im sufferinf all of these is it called RA. ? One more thinf is that both my feet are so hot and that im using cold compress every night cause it bothers me so much. Hope you can advice me what to do Thanks.
