What Causes Pain In The Knees While Stretching The Legs?
HI when I am walking my legs and knees are okay I also do regular exercise but when I sit down and stretch my left leg it aches from the knee when I put my knee down I have to gently ease it down. At night time my legs are always restless I am tossing and turning to the whole night. Can you help

Most probably it will be due to minor sprain or tension.
As the first line of management, you can take analgesics like Aceclofenac or Tramadol for pain relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopedician and plan for an MRI scan.
