What Causes Pain In The Knees?
I am having pain in the inside of my right knee. I thought it was a cartliage issue, but my Orthopedic specialist told me today it was nerve endings involving my hamstring and knee. I had never heard of this. He put me on exercises, medication, and a cream three times per day. Any comments? Thanks

Hamstring stretch or pull can result in pain in the knees. Pain in the knees doesn't always mean that the problem is in the cartilage inside. Since Orthopedician has examined and evaluated, it must have been diagnosed properly.
