General Surgeon 's  Response
The fact that your are working out excessively is causing marked strain on the muscles and joint ligaments of your knees. Please avoid doing this. This could lead to severe injury which would then take a long time to heal. Please stop exercises till complete resolution of pain and complete healing of the strained soft tissues. When you restart exercises, please do it within the limits and capacity your body can endure. Please do exercises initially under supervision of a trained person. Thus you would be guided in the correct way to go about the work outs.
