What Causes Pain In The Kness And Left Foot?
I have had pain in my knee for a few weeks, on the right side & front, especially going down stairs. After I step on my left foot, bringing my right foot to the next step hurts the most. Or, walking then turning right, if I do it sharply, that hurts as well. Hurts for a bit when laying on my left side in bed, but if I lay on my stomach, knee facing the bed, it feels better. Any ideas? Thanks

Hello,
Very likely you are having patello-femoral syndrome, which is related to the thigh muscles. Generally, it is not dangerous but it can be very painful and limit activities.
Treatment consists of ibuprofen and paracetamol and physiotherapy which will help relax the muscle and pull the patella (knee cap) in a central position and relieve the pain.
