What Causes Pain In The Left Abdomen While On Medication For Headache?

My husband has pain in the middle of his abdomen on the left side. It seems to be more uncomfortable when he moves. And he says that it came out of no where on Saturday morning. He is a little overweight and has Hugh blood pressure and is not on any kinds of meds other than headache meds when needed.

hi pain in left abdomen can be related to headache medication or it may be not.
if your husband is using NSAIDs like ibuprofen or naproxen for headache then it can cause gastritis and cause pain
however such a pain can be due to urinary cause or splenic problem or gastritis due to other cause.
i would recommend you to consult your doctor and get atleast an abdominal examination and an ultrasound done to know what is causing the pain.
