Hello, I have a problem in my ear also.anytime when I Burp... my left ear gets a painful dull pain.I m trying to remove a wax with a q-tip but it doesn t work. And also I m drinking alot of water and it doesn t work also.Is there anything i can do, doc?
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of pain in the left ear while burping which could be due to ear infection, accumulation of ear wax, foreign body penetration in ear and could be due to sinusitis.
Need not to worry about it. I would suggest you to maintain proper hygiene and try to avoid excessive use of mobile as it will put more pressure. If symptoms keeps on persisting you should visit ENT specialist once and get it examined and start treatment after proper prescription. Get all the lab tests done for proper examination. Avoid touching or pricking it with any sharp object. You should take antibiotic Ciprofloxacin and put Otogesic ear drops 2-3 times a day.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
