What Causes Pain In The Left Foot?

My feet. I work in a department store. Feel left foot heal pain after a few hours. Feels as though there is a bed of pins under the skin when walking. The right foot swells on the bottom, where toes meet foot. Much pain when stepping. Throbs when resting. All disappear after a good nights sleep. Has been getting worse the past few months.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
It's probably either your shoes problem or you are standing for longer durations. For relieving pain apply dicloran gel over the painful area of the foot and try to wear comfortable shoes. Hopefully your issue will be resolved soon. Take care.
