Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I saw my doctor in September for left hip pain. I found I have mild osteoarthritis and bursitis. In the last few months I have hip pain in both hips ,cramps in my calves and feet. When I start to relax after work in the evening my legs can t get comfortable when sitting, I have to keep moving. I go to bed and both my hips hurt and legs ache. I am not sleeping well and in the last couple of weeks I am exhausted.
As per my clinical experience, both sides hip pain with lower limbs involvement can be a sign of nerve compression at the lower lumbar spine level most likely.
Associated low hemoglobin and anemia can be a significant issue with exhaustion.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel,
General Surgeon
