What Causes Pain In The Left Leg While Suffering From Diabetes?

I am a 49 yr old female. type 2 diabetes under control/no meds. hypertension/ no meds under control. I m tired all the time. I fall asleep if I sit still a few minutes. my left leg hurts behind my knee all day and into the night. leg cramps in my thighs. my left hip keep feeling like it s going out. my legs can keep me up at night or wake me due to pain.

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to low vitamin d3 and calcium. Taking supplements of calcium and vitamin d3 will be helpful. If possible check your blood levels of vitamin d and b12. Taking bananas and dates will be helpful to get enough electrolytes like potassium also.
