General Surgeon 's  Response
The pain is due to compression of nerves supplying your left leg. Since you have had many spine surgeries, please do not go for any more. Try physiotherapy exercises to strengthen the lower back muscles. Yoga is good to maintain flexibility of the spine. Sleep on a firm mattress. All this will help you get on with a normal life.
