What Causes Pain In The Left Little Toe?

I am having pain in the left little toe. and the 2 next to it. More discomfort when I walk in shoes. These are shoes that I have been wearing for a while. They are not reddened, no discoloration, temp normal but very painful. I wear supporting shoes and now cannot wear any of my tennis or tie shoes.

Hello,

It could be a contusion or local inflammation.

As of now, you can use analgesics/anti-inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief.

You can also apply ice packs for symptomatic relief.

If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopaedician and plan for an MRI scan.
