General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Possible nerve compression underlying which can involve radial, ulnar, median or musculocutaneous nerve from brachial plexus at shoulder level causing vivid symptoms of pain and neuropathy. After thorough neurologic evaluation of the shoulder and upper limb from arm to fingers, in my clinic, I do recommend an MRI of the brachial plexus for best evaluation of the root cause and management guidelines accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
