What Causes Pain In The Left Side Of The Lower Abdomen?

Hi, I have mild pain in the left side of my lower abdominal. The pain goes to left testicle. I have consulted both general surgeon and urologist. As they suggested, i got an ultrasound done, it was followed by CT scan and detail blood and urine test. All these tests were clear. Only CT scan showed that i have mild fullness of lest pelvicalyceal system. But according to Doctor, this is not an issue so for doctor i do not have any medical problem. But this mild pain is not going. Can you please let me know what should i do

Diverticulitis is one of the most common causes of lower left abdominal pain. Diverticulitis occurs when diverticula (small pouches) in the intestinal wall become infected and inflamed. Diverticula form in weak areas of the large intestine, which is often referred to as the colon which leads to tenderness in the abdomen.
