What Causes Pain In The Left Testicle?

Hello, my left testicle pain doesn t hurt when I m using a supporter, but if not, I got left testicle pain towards my left abdomen, I got no penis discharge, or peeing problem, what could it be? now I m taking gabapentin, and dolo neurobion, I m scared not to be cured, because I saw posts about having it like 2 years even they get a regular check up. What can I do,and also adding that I took levafloxacin 500 mg(antibiotic) for 28 days, and still not cured.

Hello,

From your description, I am of the opinion that it may be a testicular hernia. May have been a torsion but the patient presents with acute pain.

Infectious and inflammatory causes can be ruled out as you have taken antibiotics and painkillers for such long duration.

USG scrotum is required. You should go to a General Surgeon for the checkup as physical checkup is required.
