Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have noticed an aching in my left testicle area as well as a change in the consistency of my semen. I also now dribble semen when I cum as opposed to normally shooting it out. All of this has happened since I saw blood in my semen about a month ago.
It could be an orchitis. As first-line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief. Antibiotics have to be started at the earliest. However, better to consult a general surgeon and plan for an ultrasound to rule out conditions like torsion.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
