What Causes Pain In The Leg And Groin Area While On Nexplanon?

I have a pain in my upper leg and toward the groin. It s not red or swollen. I have been on the nexplonon for about 2 1/2 months. I ve noticed I have a heard time keeping my blood pressure under control and my face is breaking out. Is the leg/ groin pain normal? I m 42 165 5 9

Hello,

As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.

It is due to hormonal changes and will settle by itself.
