Hello doctor I want to ask a question before 2 years I had unprotected sex with a girl I got leg pain after that very badly headaches like my head is empty diarrhea weakness and loss balance to walk after that I went to a clinic and I checked blood and urine including all functions and STD all STD result were non reactivate but there was no HIV included they said everything is normal but staff were like they are hiding something and now after 2 and half year I got tested for STD and HIV 3 times results came non reactivate 1was eclia method and 2 no method include is there any chance to get HIV or I should test for something else I still got headaches not like normal and weakness weight gain so what should I test any advice??

Hello, I don t think the headache is related to HIV infection or to another sexually transmitted disease.
