What Causes Pain In The Legs And Arms At Night?
Hi I m a 47 yr old women that is not sleeping well at night and my legs and arms ache at night, Sometimes my arms and legs feels like they are not getting enough circulation and my hands hurt. I m not sure what is going on with me. Would you know what this could be?

You should check your magnesium levels, and then you should see a cardiovascular surgeon to check your blood circulation. If you take cholesterol-lowering drugs, you should stop them and check CPK levels.
