What Causes Pain In The Legs And Arms?

I have pain on my left leg, i was thinking it was my sciatic nerve that i strained . Then the back of my knee was hit hard by a 50lb suitcase the other day. I put salonpas on it then now im about to take a shower i found pettichiae, clustered little redness on the side of my upper left thigh and top right of sacral area and spread out little redness(few of them) at the back and chest area. My right arm has a lot of pain and discomfort but i have high pain tolerance. The pain in the arm started last october and i thought maybe due to cpr exercise i did but the pain remains.

Hi,

Noted the history well and understood the concerns. You have got pain in the left lower limb akin sciatica as you have informed but at the same time the area was hit by a suitcase hence the cause can be development of a hematoma that can cause petechae.

You have pain in the right arm that can be due to the severe exercises that you underwent in past. Might have caused the muscle sprain and so on. Since there is development of petechae at other places it is imperative that you have to undergo the blood tests to know where there is any other cause causing this and hematoma formation in turn due to defect in blood circulation.

Also consult your Doctor for clinical evaluation, examination and thus further investigations and reference to the Specialist as may be needed.
