What Causes Pain In The Legs And Back Muscles While Suffering From Lupus?
I have been diagnosed with Lupus by my Rheumatoligist, who explained that the Lymes disease that I had previously attacked my auto-immune system, which allowed me to contract the Lupus which has given me terrible pain in my legs & back muscles, joints, hindering my ability to walk normally as well as extreme fatigue and neuropathy and extreme burning sensation in my feet. I have been taking 400 mg Hydroxychloroquine daily for 7 months now with very little progress toward relief.
As first-line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persist better to consult a physician and get evaluated. A Doppler scan is required for further assessment.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
