General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi,
Cold leg/knees with pain at rest, which are not cold to touch can be due to neuropathy; either traumatic or following underlying disease (like diabetes). I would suggest consultation with a neurologist.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
