What Causes Pain In The Legs While Lying Down?

when laying down i have pain in my legs my knees get very cold and painful , i have to put on each night 7-9 heavy blankets to stop the pain, knees are still cold but pain is better i used a weight blanket at a friends house and it felt better is it a nerve proble?/ my doctor does not know

Hi,

Cold leg/knees with pain at rest, which are not cold to touch can be due to neuropathy; either traumatic or following underlying disease (like diabetes). I would suggest consultation with a neurologist.
