What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen Above Pelvic Area While Walking?

My lower abdomen has been hurting for 3 days when I walk. I am ok on the treadmill and riding my bike.but walking sis difficult.even painful. Not my legs but under stomach.I guess I should say right above the pelvic area. What could this possible lyndon be?

I really appreciate your concern, if the pain is due to walking then it could be due to muscular spasm and care need to be taken while walking wrong gait could be the cause, else it may not be due to any cardiac disease hope this information helps.
