Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I think lower abdominal pain 4 days after delivery is normal. Fresh blood in feces may come from hemorrhoids that can become larger and fragile during delivery and end stage of pregnancy. Most probably they go away by themselves by no special treatment. You need special attention on anal hygiene for the moment and keep them in observation. If they don't regress by themselves you can use ointments to help. Keep yourself in observation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
