This is high dose of a hormone and hence can cause nausea, stomach ache and any other complications. Since you have pain in lower abdomen for the last 5 days, it is also very important to know the exact cause and thus I would advise you the following: Get a clinical evaluation and examination done by a General Surgeon preferably. Ultrasonography of the abdomen and tests of blood, stool and urine. All these will give you the proper cause of pain and thus help to have a proper management. Till then you can take an antispasmodic and thus relieve pain in lower abdomen.
