What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen After Urination?

Hi, I woke up with this morning the first thing I had to do is pee as usual but for some reason after I had peed, I pressed my lower belly when I did that it caused a real bad pain as if moving my bladder or whatever is there was bloated and it really hurt this is not the first time this happen sometime when I get up just walking or moving caused a real bad pain in the morning and once I pee hours later it goes away. but today my belly is swelled up and it hurts all day, I also went to the bathroom for # 2, 4 times since 8 am this morning. I also feel like when I pee its smell like metal.

Hello,

All the symptoms which you have dictated point towards urinary tract infection. As there is pain after passing urine and more urine frequency, there is the possibility of cystitis inflammation of the urinary bladder. Please undergo tests as Hb, TLC, AND DLC, CRP, AND urine complete examination.

Also, undergo blood urea and serum creatinine test. Also, undergo ultrasound abdomen to see stone etcetera. Till test, you can take tablet Drotaverine two times and tablet Cystone two tablet two times. Increase fluid intake, even though it will increase urine output but it will clear the infection.
